1、配合销售人员做售前产品技术讲解、产品演示及技术要点答疑；
2、为当地客户提供专业服务，处理在产品使用过程中出现的异常情况，排查问题并解决；
3、收集并汇总客户需求、售后技术反馈数据并及时反馈相关负责人，协助完善产品体系。
